Entry rules for submission
The Norfolk Society for Cemetery Conservation - NSCC will be accepting entries for the 2021 Norfolk’s Historic Cemeteriescape Photography Contest & Exhibit from February 1- April 19, 2021. The 1st place, 2nd place and Board Choice winners will be on display at Elmwood Cemetery, 238 E. Princess Anne Rd. on Saturday, May 8, 2021, 1:00pm – 3:00pm. Norfolk’s Historic Cemeteriescape is designed to raise awareness of the historical, artistic, and cultural value of Norfolk’s historic municipal cemeteries. All funds raised are dedicated to conservation projects in Norfolk's municipal cemeteries. NSCC invites the public to submit photos using the entry form and following the criteria below:
NSCC and/or the Norfolk Department of Recreation, Parks & Open Space, Bureau of Cemeteries are/is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or illegible submissions. By entering the contest entrants grant NSCC the right to publish, use submitted photos in print or electronic form for advertising &/or promotion of NSCC, and for commercial products, including, but not limited to NSCC publications. Submissions not conforming to the above guidelines will not be considered. NSCC board members, advisor, staff and their family members may not enter this contest.
